A. Absolutely! Let us know what you want, and we'll make make it happen.

Q. How long will it take for you to make my customized casting?
A. It depends on the complexity and the quantity of the piece you're asking us to create. It takes time to handcraft your art work, and there are several steps that it must be processed through. Because each piece is individually cast, the time it takes to finish each one out can range from 2 months up to a full year.

Q. Will you send me photos of my personalized piece after each step of the process is completed?
A.Yes. Please be sure to add this request when you make your order, and to give us an occasional reminder.

Q. Where can I purchase items from Medieval Fantasies?
A. Items can be purchased via the Internet, and of course, at our shoppe at the many festivals and faires we attend.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. Payment can be made through PayPal, by check, money order, or cash. California residents pay 8% sales tax.

Q. Are there any shipping restrictions?
A. No. Purchaser agrees to pay all shipping costs
