Established in 1989, Medieval Fantasies was born from a mastermind session between owner Robin St. Graves, John Wolff and Larry Horne. The gallery was first opened as a Renaissance Faire consignment gallery in Studio City, California, on Ventura Blvd. near Laurel Canyon Blvd. The shop exhibited wares from over 100 Renaissance Faire vendors, offering something for everyone. In April 1991, the Medieval Fantasies gallery closed, so that they could shift their main focus to production of ornamental metal castings and custom leather craft.

Medieval Fantasies gallery reopened in what was then called The Fallbrook Mall, for the 1991/1992 holiday season.

Since that time, Medieval Fantasies has continued to produce Fine Art Bronze and Stainless Steel Castings and Custom Leather Goods. Medieval Fantasies work is exhibited at Renaissance Faires, Medieval Wars and Pirate Festivals nationwide.
